and maintenance of the wind farm and associated infrastructure

1. Experienced subcontractors with the capability, or part thereof, of Civil upgrading/construction of on-site access roads, stormwater drainage systems, poring / grouting turbine foundations, construction of hardstands and crane pads, sediment control structures, substation benching and construction laydown areas.

2. Operators for dozers, graders, excavators, concrete pump trucks, water trucks.

3. Supply, delivery and dry hire of earthmoving equipment for the use in civil construction and associated services such as surveying and fencing. Equipment to be used for clearing, site mobilisation, access roads and hardstands.

4. Ongoing maintenance of forestry gravel roads and crane hardstands.

1. Supply and operation of certified batching plants and concrete materials including cement, aggregate and sand.

2. Supply and operation of concrete agitator trucks for the delivery of concrete during turbine foundation construction.

3. Supply and operation of concrete placing equipment including boom pumps, vibration, finishing tools.

Provision of wearing course for heavy traffic on gravel roads, bluemetal for construction areas and substations, concrete aggregate, and electrical thermal bedding sand.

1. Supply of reinforcement steel concrete formwork and consumable materials.

2. Labour hire for the site construction of turbine foundations.

3.Supply and operation of post tensioning equipment including single and multi-strand jacks.

1. Provision of ecology, HSE, quality, administration services, including professional consulting
services (e.g. flora/fauna spotters, noise monitoring, RPEQ Engineers)

Design, Procure, Install, Test and Commission Substations of 33kV and 275kV. Including concrete works, earthing system, high voltage switchgear, main power and auxiliary transformers, DC systems, etc.

1. Provision of services associated with the termination, testing and commissioning of LV networks and connections (e.g. interconnection works, AC/DC supplies, protection and control,
UPS/batteries).

2. Safety testing (test and tag) of electrical equipment on site.

2. Installation, termination, splicing and jointing of 33kV underground cable, copper wire and fibre optic.

Supporting services for the execution of O&M activities of a large scale wind farm.

Note - service technicians are typically employed directly by project owner. Scopes include short term crane wet hire, hardstands / roads maintenance and general compound maintenance/cleaning services.

Supply, install and remove temporary site accommodation for construction workers and staff including sleeping compartments, amenities, toilets, and other associated buildings (e.g. dining rooms, communal laundries).

Construction of permanent operational compounds including site offices, ablutions, laydown area, car park area, canteen.

Provision of Civil BoP for the construction of a large-scale wind farm including the delivery of WTG foundations, hardstands, roads, and or underground reticulations works.

Provision of Electrical BoP for the construction of a large-scale wind farm including the reticulation, substation, and/or other electrical BoP works.

Provision of crane and installation services or a large scale wind farm project including crane hire, cranage services, turbine installation, and/or related services. Crane hire for turbine installation must be licenced to safely lift individual turbine components up to a hub height of around 160m.

Provision of Logistic services to support a large-scale wind farm project including international, regional and local transport, remote warehousing, Track and Trace and/or other logistics services.

Inspection and assembly of kit components for the nacelles and hubs

1. Design, supply, and installation of pre-cast concrete tower components.

2. Design, supply, and installation of steel tower components.

3. Design, supply, and installation of hybrid towers.
